I had to pick up a couple of packages at this store two weeks ago. This was my first time being in there. My first impression was that the store was quite nice! It's brightly lit, clean, and secretly massive. My second impression was that the two people working there at the time were awesome. Kevin and Josh could not have been more pleasant or helpful. It was a genuinely nice experience. Thank you, Josh and Kevin, for being so nice to me (and, by extension, my mom 😄).
Josh was incredibly helpful, kind, and caring. I had to print out a timely order for a friends wedding (the wedding shoe game) and he helped so much. The prints came out amazing and I’m so excited for my friends reactions! Thank you so much Josh, you have made a day that can be stressful so incredibly easy!
New to the neighborhood, I received a promo to save some money on business cards. (I did not even know that the UPS store printed business cards). Stopped into this store to check out what they could offer. First of all, this store is gorgeous. It is super clean, it is modern looking and it looks so different from some of the UPS stores I have visited. And it is 1000 times better than the post office down the street. The associate showed me all the kinds of print jobs they offer and I was really surprised at just how much they had to offer. The staff was so friendly and patient. I will definitely be using them for all my business needs.
I am deeply disappointed by the recent service experience I have encountered at this particular store location. For the past two weeks, I have been facing significant challenges in tracking the whereabouts of my package. Yesterday, after an extensive and frustrating interaction with their AI-powered customer service phone system, I was finally able to connect with a human representative.
I took the time to explain the entire situation to the representative, and we reached a mutually agreed-upon resolution. It was decided that I would personally collect my package from the store location the following day. In anticipation of this, I made the effort to wake up early and visit the store.
However, upon my arrival at the store, I was met with a demeanor that left much to be desired. The staff members on duty behaved as if they held an exclusive dominion over the UPS services, and they denied any connection between the customer service department and the physical store's services.
This experience has not only been extremely frustrating but also raises concerns about the consistency and professionalism of the services provided by this store. I kindly request that the management address these issues promptly to ensure a smoother and more reliable service experience for customers in the future.
